125 CUSD Staff Celebrated at Employee Recognition Awards

Compton Unified School District honored 125 outstanding staff members recently at its annual Employee Recognition Awards, held at Enterprise Middle School before a packed house of administrators, school principals, and friends who gathered to celebrate their achievements.
Among those recognized were 40 Classified Employees of the Year, representing schools and departments across the district, honored for their excellence and dedication to supporting student success.
The District also celebrated 70 employees reaching major service milestones of 10, 20, 30, and 40 years, and recognized 14 retirees for their lasting contributions to Compton Unified.
The event highlighted the vital role staff play in advancing student achievement and strengthening the school community across Compton Unified.
