Dominguez High School, which has been implementing the 3DE model for the past two years, has already seen remarkable results. During the event, Dominguez scholars Melzar Garcia and Maloni Williams shared personal stories about the program’s impact, describing how 3DE has built their confidence, strengthened their problem-solving skills, and opened their eyes to future opportunities.

With the expansion to Compton and Centennial High Schools, hundreds more Compton Unified scholars will now benefit from this nationally recognized instructional model. Through 3DE, students apply their classroom learning to real-world challenges presented by industry partners such as Arby’s, JP Morgan Chase, and Deloitte. This hands-on approach helps students develop critical thinking, collaboration, and leadership skills that prepare them for life beyond the classroom.
