Grammy Award-Winning Artist Eric Bellinger Inspires Compton High Scholars
Grammy Award-winning artist and songwriter Eric Bellinger visited Compton High School this week to share his journey, insights, and encouragement with students. His visit brought excitement and inspiration as he spoke about the importance of setting goals, staying focused, and believing in oneself through every challenge.

During his time on campus, Bellinger toured the new state-of-the-art Compton High School facility, visited Mr. Jones’ Audio Production class, and met with Compton Unified School District Board Member Michael Hooper and Superintendent Dr. Brawley.

A celebrated figure in the music industry, Bellinger has co-written several chart-topping songs, including “Lemme See” by Usher, “New Flame” by Chris Brown, “Right Here” by Justin Bieber, and “On Chill” by Wale. His work on Chris Brown’s F.A.M.E. album earned him a Grammy Award and established him as one of today’s most respected creative talents.
