Compton Success Profiles: Kendall Boyd, Centennial High School
Meet Kendall Boyd, Centennial High School Class of 2025 graduate. He will be attending California State University, Long Beach in the fall, majoring in Pre-Business and Operations.
He’s always liked real estate and fashion and wants to start multiple businesses in both fields when he graduates college. He likes seeing people wear the clothes that he’s designed.

As a Centennial graduate, he believes his school was the best high school in Compton. “I feel Centennial is underrated.”

One of the main challenges Kendall faced in high school was staying on task. He wasn’t focused on his academics when he started high school, but in the 10th grade, he credits his counselors and friends for helping him out.

Kendall says the best part of this high school experience was having counselors who cared about him, not only with his academics, but with his overall mental health.
Kendall Boyd is another Compton Success Story.
