Kingston Smith, a proud graduate of the Dominguez High School Class of 2025, is preparing to take the next big step in his academic and professional journey. This fall, he will attend Cal State Long Beach, where he plans to major in Business Management. His long-term goal is to become a successful realtor after completing his degree.

Kingston joined the Compton Unified School District before his junior year, transferring to Dominguez High School to play on the basketball team. In addition to excelling on the court, he also competed on the track team and remained focused on maintaining strong academic performance.

He credits his mother as his greatest inspiration and is especially thankful to the counselors at Dominguez who offered encouragement and guidance throughout his high school years. Kingston says he values education because it gives him the tools and options to build a successful future.
