Jefferson Holds Steam Spooktacular

Media Release

To celebrate the Halloween season, Jefferson Elementary School recently held a STEAM Spooktacular on campus.

More than 220 students from PK to 8th grade and their families joined for an evening packed with Halloween-themed activities focused on science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM).

From coding robots to waking up "monsters" with cool chemical reactions, engineering flying bats, designing catapults to launch eyeballs, and decorating fun masks, there was spooky fun for everyone. And yes... there was plenty of candy!

Thank you to all the families and students who came out and made this night such a success!

It was a pleasure to see such the whole community come together to enjoy the great time of learning and celebration.
