Compton Success Profiles: Noely Recinos

Meet Noely Recinos, Compton Early College High School Class of 2023 co-valedictorian. She’ll be attending Boston College in the fall on a full scholarship, majoring in Environmental Studies.
She moved to Compton from El Salvador and went to Roosevelt Elementary. Noely then attended Compton Early College High School.
She says the best part of attending high school was the lifelong friendships she’s made. Noely values her education because she has seen firsthand that so many people around the world don’t have access to or the prospect to attend high school or college. She knows her education will open opportunities for her in the future.
