VISION:

The Compton Unified School District believes that excellence in education could only be achieved by hiring the best and brightest in every position. It is dedicated to the recruitment, retention and development of diverse staff who support the vision of the district. Thus, Compton’s Induction Programs for teachers and administrators aim to support newly hired preliminary credentialed teachers and administrators at no cost to them, in order to produce highly qualified professionals who continuously reflect on their practice and effectively impact student achievement and their school communities.
