Principal's Message

Welcome to our report card for the 2003-2004 school year. We are pleased to offer Kelly Elementary School students a rigorous academic program. Our staff and teachers are committed to providing a positive school environment conducive to learning and academic achievement. We have adopted the schoolwide mission, “Do not accept excuses. Expect results!” Our goal is to ensure that all students meet or exceed the standards of learning outlined by the state of California. We believe that all students have the capacity to achieve success in school and have the right to a quality education. We provide our students with tools for lifelong learning and important knowledge and skills in a safe and motivating environment. We treat students as individuals and provide them with equal access to education regardless of their backgrounds. The contributions of Kelly students will be respected, their needs will be listened to, and they will be challenged and encouraged to take an active role in their own learning.
