Principal's Message
Stephen C. Foster Elementary School is committed to educational excellence. We believe that all students can learn and become productive citizens of the world. Our primary goal is to increase student academic achievement on the California State Standards.
We continue to train, supervise, and provide guidance to our teachers. We hold weekly staff meetings to communicate about current issues and to coordinate events. We continue to upgrade our computers and equipment to meet the needs of everyone in our school community. Our staff takes pride in teaching and works hard to provide strong school leadership.
We encourage parents and students to interact with one another through English as a Second Language (ESL) activities and through field trips. By involving parents, we encourage student performance and provide them with additional motivation to do well.
